Crackhouse Recordings are an independent label from Leeds who deliver not just Hip-Hop but also an entire range of eclectic styles and put out music from some well known and loved acts from the Leeds scene including Fulibulbus and Danny Pig.
When they hit the Straight Out Leodis show though, it was beats and rhymes all the way. I was blessed with an appearance by the Crackhouse Allstars - AKA MCs PCP, Instance and No Change. Over the course of an hour, we got some right moments including PCP waxing lyrical about underage porn stars and No Change tugging at the heartstrings with a true-life tale told over the beat to the Roots' "What They Do".
