Nice - BiographyNice, CEO, artist, producer, arranger and composer, is one of hip-hop’s newest and brightest phenomenons in the Midwest today. Nice's success on the chart's began with the smash hit single entitled ‘Who We Is’ in which he is the front man for the group Tha Thump. He’s also responsible for the group’s remarkable success.

Nice's musical ability landed him an opportunity to produce for some of the Midwest newest and upcoming artist in music like 2 Deep, Freedom, Chris Ford, Drama D, Genesis now ‘Gena’, Alpine, Promise and Iceberg to name a few.

In early of January 2006, Nice blue-printed one of the biggest Hip-Hop Convention’s of all times to hit the St Louis area. He co-coordinated The Hood Magazine Midwest Music Conference which was the first of its kind ever to hit the St. Louis music scene. This event was huge allowing him to work closely with national recording artists Blood Raw, Raw Reese, Ruka Puff, Potzee, T-BO, P DUB and many more.

Nice has expanded his musical accomplishments as an artist and producer. He’s been discovered opening and banging in clubs for super artists like Chingy, Murphy Lee, Young Buck, Young Dro, Crime Mob and Jibbs.

Over the years Nice has successfully delivered constant showmanship for his other hits; ‘Stomp Like This’, ‘Say It To My Face’ and ‘Get Back’ through regional performances and at hip hop Showcases.

NiceNice continues to be the busiest working man is the music business by stepping up to the 1’s and 2’s making his mark as a prominent DJ and profound mixer in the Midwest. He’s currently a member of the elite DJ Coalition in St. Louis, The Hitt Breaka DJ’s. And on February 26th, Nice became 1 of 300 DJ’s chosen from around the world to network and celebrate at the 2008 DJ Technology Retreat & Convention held in St. Louis. The event showcased one of hip hop’s biggest pioneers DJ K Slay who was the master of ceremony providing leadership, guidance, council, and learning applications to all the attending DJ’s, “This was a worthy learning experience say’s Nice, the advance’s In technology allow DJ’s today unlimited innovation over our craft and allows us to work more effectively and efficiently with everyone involved in the music business to do our jobs better”.

Nice recently added his name amongst the elite Turntablist in St. Louis by working and collaborating with such artist as Fiend, Ebony Eyez, Hussien Fatal, Chopper Young City, J Kwon, DOE, Chingy and more. His mixtape’s are spinning up a street buzz all over the nation and providing him with an opportunity to be crowned the Midwest most influential trendsetter of 2008.

Nice has created some of the hottest and most sought after mixtapes around and they’re distributed in six markets. He delivered with Snyperville vol.1 setting the DJ Nice mixtape series into orbit. His second installment the Now Or Never Mixtape and DVD really spawn his high profile and helped him establish his region by becoming a booming multicultural division in hip hop.

Nice's mixtapes are filled with freestyles, signature phases, banging melodies, monster hooks, extreme mix-downs and fresh thumping beats that you’ll be surprise to find in the Midwest.
