Urban Voice believe the best way for young people to learn is by doing, so that’s exactly what Urban Voice does. Now in its ninth year, Urban Voice is an urban music talent search with a difference. Urban Voice offers real ‘job’ experience to young people looking to access the Creative Industries. They will be expected to work in specialist teams across several disciplines, to mirror the real working practice.
