DJ Krush is one of the most successful hip-hop producers outside of the US and has evolved his sound over a series of flawless albums since his eponymous debut in 1994. His second album Strictly Turntablised (Mowax) was entirely instrumental and the music press began to use the term ‘trip-hop’ to describe his trademark sound, sparse mid tempo breakbeats with a smoked-out atmosphere. |

Breis (breeze) is a London based rap artist originally from Nigeria. He describes his music as BAM (British-African Music), a fusion of hip hop, jazz and African percussion. He has toured internationally in various countries such as France, Portugal, New York, Mauritius, Norway and Japan to name but a few. He has shared the stage with world class artists such as Afro beat musician Dele Sosimi, Dead Prez, Ty, Les Nubians, Omar Sosa, and Kim Burrell.

Mark Rae has long been a figurehead of the UK music scene following the success of his first production outfit Rae & Christian, the establishment of the former Grand Central Records and Manchester’s Fat City record shop.

Born in Miami, Florida, student of hard knocks streets of Little Haiti, Frank Black was born June 10, 1982. He was raised by hard-working parents in a household with two brothers, and two sisters, and a nephew. But he suffered gravely when at the age of fifteen, his mother, the backbone of the family, passed away.
