Last week it was announced that Kanye West and Basement Jaxx are headlining London’s biggest music event, Wireless 2009. Now to the delight of music fans everywhere – some of the biggest names in the urban industry have been confirmed on the line up across the weekend of 4th and 5th July.
The Sunday show will see Kanye headline alongside former ATCQ member Q Tip, Flo Rida, Kid Cudi, Daniel Merriweather, Mr Hudson and the Grammy nominated rapper Young Jeezy.
The Saturday show will feature The Streets, Dizzee Rascal, Paul Oakenfold and the formidable sounds of Basement Jaxx. With many more names to be announced for both days – this year’s Wireless is completely unmissable!
In addition to four stages of the best music, the biggest names and the must-see newcomers, Wireless 2009 will welcome back all the extra attractions which have become synonymous with the event in Hyde Park. Expect a huge variety of food stalls, beer gardens and fun games at the Barclaycard sponsored event.
