Louis Slipperz & Chester P (Taskforce) At Doctor's OrdersWhile we are more used to seeing American heroes of Hip-Hop headline at The Doctor’s Orders, on the 2nd of November they are bringing it back to these shores with what is none-the-less another stellar line up that will see the regular crowd packing the dance-floor as per usual!

As two thirds of Taskforce Louis Slipperz & Chester P have done more than most in shaping the burgeoning UK Hip-Hop scene and developing the uniquely British sound that has guaranteed their success. While Louis Slipperz is best known as the DJ for Taskforce & for his classic underground “£10 Bag” mixtapes he is also a talented multi-instrumentalist and producer who is also the driving force behind both Rawdog and Elmore Judd. With an ear as in tune to Hip-Hop as it is Soul & Funk this rare club gig is not to be missed.

Louis Slipperz & Chester PLouis is joined by one of his many musical partners in crime, Chester P. Together they have created many classics of the UK scene and tonight Chester will be providing the vocal support as he hosts what is going to be a real treat for the fun loving Doctor’s Orders crowd who love nothing more than to party hard!

As always the tone of the night will be set by it’s host Spin Doctor. With a fearless knack of pulling out what it is this crowd want to hear whether it be Hip-Hop, 80’s Soul, Funk Breaks or any kind of dance-floor gold you can imagine there is no chance of standing still while he is rocking the spot.

Upstairs leaves no places to hide as Doctor's Orders again book a line up to perfectly compliment what will be going on in the main room. On the 2nd November they have invited some of their favorites to come and do something different. DJ Kool Frank made his name as resident at his ever popular Moulin X nights before going on to create The Carvery, specialists in creating ever lasting dubplates. He is joined by Katie Skills as they play a superb blend of Afro-Latin flavours with a good dollop of Reggae, Funk & Hip-Hop. Warming things up for them up there is one of the most recognizable faces on the London scene Kish Kash. A consistent collector of records, sneakers, & style he has a wealth of experience behind the counters of various record stores and as co-host on Dan Greenpeace’s All-City radio show on Xfm, experience that will serve him well on this his first night at The Doctor’s Orders.

If all this great music is not enough to whet your appetite there will also be a good friend of The Doctor’s Orders coming down to offer something different in the shape of Dynamo. Forget David Blain this is the UK’s very own magical mystro as seen on TV. You are guaranteed to be amazed by this mans incredible illusions that have seen him wow celebrities and pack his recent shows at the Soho Theatre.
