 Patrick Dooner is a beatmaker from the Hull area who after starting his own label has now dropped its first offering. He has been working with many talented emcees, singers and vocalists and has formed for himself a distinctly laid back and easy-going jazzy sound. His samples are well selected and are crafted into tracks in a particularly sympathetic way.
The label he has developed is called A Bridge Too Far recordings and is based in Hull as well, and this release features the production talents of Pat D himself and vocals from Melodiq. The This Is The Time EP is a 5 track 12' offering. It is throughly soulful, downbeat and effortless aking for a relaxing sound.
