Oshin the Nomad of 57th Dynasty fame and later his own independently produced and directed UK docudrama series entitled Independent Hype, is now having his work acknowledged by way of his Screen Nation Film & Television Award. With the soon-to-be-released Vol.3, Street Akademiks, Oshin is riding high on the critical acclaim waves. His nomination in the category of Independent Prodctn: Street TV follows his acknowledgement from the British Film Archives, and his screening at the National Black Film Maker's Festival.
