Are you a computer designer or programmer? Are you perhaps studying at university or college for an IT related subject? Do you want to test your skills, gain valuable experience and get something for your CV?

MAMBOWe at britishhiphop.co.uk are trying to improve the surfing experience of our visitors and to this end have chosen to utilise the MAMBO CMS. We currently need help with completing the design / look / template of the site and this could include graphics work and php scripting, but will definitely involve working with CSS, so expertise in these areas would be appreciated.

I have several ideas of what we would like to accomplish, however we are always open to ideas and suggestions. If you think you have what it takes or believe that you have something to offer please do not hesitate to get in touch and we can discuss the possibilities.

Further to this we also need some web monkeys to aid in the transfer of the old site into the new database. This should only require a limited knowledge of HTML and of course the enthusiasm to carry out what could be a touch mundane and repetitive.

Additionally, as ever we are always on the look out for correspondents and contributors for reviews and interviews etc. And again, if you feel you are a bit nifty with a pen and prose you can simply login and submit work, or just get in contact to discuss what you would like to do.

As this is a non-profit venture, unfortunately all work has to be conducted on a voluntary basis and done for the love and a wish to contribute something, but rest assured all work will be fully credited.
