The five who's hits include, "Flood", "Can't Take The Hood Up Out Us" and "Strike A Pose" featuring Fabo (D4L) it's hard to believe that these guys started out in a homemade studio. "Shake It Fast" featuring the legend that is DJ Mannie Fre-Fre-Fre-Fre- Fresh makes this a definite club banger!
The beat is crazy and it has that familiar club track that's used in some of the group's songs. They have that Fresh Southern swag and B.A.M's Californian style shines through also. The track is up-tempo and I can see a lot of people feeling this track, its rare that you hear a track like this and teaming up with Mannie Fresh hasn't ever sounded so good!
