2006 sees Kwerk back in the mix with a jazzed up, soul tinged offering from London’s best-kept secret, Rachael Calladine. Fresh off the sizzling response garnered from Kwerk’s debut release, ‘Nicci Cheeks Presents Hip Hop Love Jazz’, Geoff Wilkinson’s (Us3 fame) label, up the ante by delivering a fine slice of quality music with, ‘Life, Love and Gossip’.
 

Riotakt ("Riot Akt") are DJ / Producer ReBl & MC 4star. The duo hail from Leamington and have been playing in bands since they were at school. Their political hip-hop is influenced by rock & rap and combines heavy beats with deep dark fiery flows. Both are said to be consummate professionalsin the recording studio and certainly the result is pretty polished.

2005 was a great year for Genesis Elijah and Broken Souls which ended on a high thanks to all their fans! Genesis Elijah's 'Jah Bless' single was voted in at no.11 in the top 50 urban music tracks of 2005 at 1Xtra. Now this may seem like a great achievement but it was more than that when you consider that the shortlist included not only independent acts but all the major artists too. So we're happy that we were only beaten by the likes of 50 Cent, Damian Marley, Kanye West, Kano etc!!
 

Double H (Hard Hitters) is a hip hop crew that consists of two rappers - Hectic and Fierce.  The crew has been rapping for more than four years, and is currently working on numerous underground mixtapes, one of which is called “Jacking For Beats Vol.1” with their in-house producer 'Uneek'.
 

He's featured on over a hundred mixtapes, hosted DVD's, worked with a string of leading Hip-Hop producers and rappers, as well as being CEO of his own record label and part-owner of the superb mixtape site / DVD Company called Mixtape Legends. Straight outta Yonkers, New York comes a rapper with skills, attitude and style.
 

Monday February 13th 2006 sees the release of Life’s second solo album ‘Realities Of Life’. 13 tracks deep plus a host of skits, Life is back again with razor sharp lyrics and hard hitting beats!
 

Wolverhampton record label WOLFTOWN RECORDINGS has been pumping out quality music since 1999. Now Wolftown Recordings unleashes the first of a string of CD releases by VICIOUS CIRCLE’s ‘10SHOTT’. It’s time to step to take a journey on the Ghetto Brick Road with one of the UK’s tightest and most talented emcees. 10SHOTT began rapping in the mid-nineties and signed to Wolftown Recordings back in 1997.
