Namusoke brings a diverse background to the table. She is Tanzanian now based in Zurich, and she has signed to Talvin Singh’s Chilli Media label. Here we have a five track sampler from her forthcoming self titled album, which will also be made available on vinyl.
Seeker and Spontaneous label partner Vega come from the UK Garage crew Just Incredible. In the partnership Seeker is the vocalist and Vega produces the beats. Now they are dropping the first single on their own independent label which is taken from their forthcoming LP entitled Seek Mythology.
The Shady Rezidents come from Derby in the East Midlands. The crew is comprised of Sirvere, Regiimental and Brisko on the mics with production from Raze Brooks on this release with Second Suzpect also in the crew with beats yet to be heard. As a whole the group’s desire is to drop a more knowledgeable aspect to Hip Hop and they certainly seem able to live up to that.
A-Tola is the latest South London cat who is set to do big things. He has his debut single out and we have linked with his label to offer it here... The track is a lurching Jamaican bubbler which details how A-Tola's musical leanings have been influenced by the music he grew up with.
