In the Loop is a spin off from the BBC series The Thick Of It is Aramando Iannucci's UK/US political satire about the spin, wheeling and dealing in the corridors of power in the lead up to war.

In keeping with her growing reputation, this September sees Speech Debelle embark on her first national headline tour. The 26 year-old rapper and her super-tight three piece band (double bass, acoustic guitar and drums, occasionally joined by her hypeman, Incredubwoy) will tour the country in support of an album which has not only been nominated as a Barclaycard Mercury Music Album of the Year, but which is being widely tipped to win the prize on September 8th.

Set in World War II in Nazi occupied France Quentin Tarantino introduces us to his Basterds - a team of Jewish soldiers lead by American Lt. Aldo Raine (Pitt). Tarantino gives us his spin on World War II. The Basterds are a team of Nazi hunters striking fear in the Third Reich as they hunt the German army planning intent on getting Raine his 100 Nazi scalps.

Originally developed by Tinker Hatfield and Nike CEO Mark Parker in 1987, the Air Max 1 was the first shoe with a visible air unit, partly  inspired by the Georges Pompidou Center in Paris, a modern building with large glass walls that allow the inside of the building to be seen.

Pseudo Slang is a hip-hop duo from the Buffalo, NY music scene. Emcee Sick of the Xtracts of Slang and Tone Atlas of the Pseudo Intellectuals teamed up about a decade ago to form Pseudo Slang - a side project that took on a career of its own. After their debut release, The Catalogue (a compilation of tracks PS laid down from 1999 to 2004), Pseudo Slang switched to full time.

Anna Nathanson in the first of her video interviews meets Raekwon of the Wu Tang to talk about his new album, the group's rise to fame in the early 1990s and hip hop today. The new album, Only Built For Cuban Linx 2, is out September 8 2009.

As the title says a huge shark and a huge octopus fight after getting defrosted when an ice shelf breaks off - they were locked in combat before the freezing and they are determined to continue their battle. Some humans in submarines are also involved.
