So far 2014 has been a superb year for Yorkshire's alternative hip hop dwellers - the Ceiling Demons. Confucious MC – The Highest Order LP [YNR]

The debut album from Confucius MC entitled 'The Highest Order' dropped a couple of weeks back in May, exclusively on YNR, but we still needed to bring you this information. Releasing his debut album "Timing Is Everything" on 22nd July, Kid Vishis has emerged as one of Detroit's most talented lyricists over the past ten years. While still at school, his skills were honed during the "family freestyle basement sessions" with his elder brother Royce da 5 9, before touring initially as the Slaughterhouse veteran's hypeman. Over time, these shows saw him perform his own freestyle slots to sell out crowds nationwide, sharing bills with the likes of Rakim and Slick Rick, Ghostface and many more.

Bear With Me 2: Bear Sophisticated is the second instalment of T.Bear's, aka TB Tuberculosis', #BWM mixtape series. The release showcases the influence Tupac Amaru Shakur had on a worldwide generation of artists. Unwilling to copy or add to the many run of the mill versions of the late, great, Tupac's music, T.Bear has reworked and revisited the essence of originality and honesty in his favourite Tupac songs and re-expressed themes and feelings relevant to himself and the modern economical and societal conditions that affect those that dwell in the inner-city.
