CashFlow is an 18 year old rapper from Harlem, NYC, and purportedly has the rap skills of NAS / Jay-Z and the charisma and star power of Will Smith. This is some build up. Others have called him the LL COOL J for 2006!

Everything about CashFlow seems larger than life, he seems to have been a child prodigy reading before primary school. By the age of 10 he began by flirting with writing behind closed doors, then entering freestyle contests. He got a break when he became one of the final four contestants out of over 4,200 in the Rocafella / rap contest at the age of 12. He went on to win the Rucker freestyle contest where he’s held the title for 2 years in 2003 and 2004. He also was the NYC Fight Klub Freestyle winner in June 2005.

CashFlowCashFlow assembled his first CD later that year and although artists like Teddy Riley, Eve, Jadakiss, Jay Z and Beyonce expressed an interest it came to nothing. Later he was the youngest artist featured on the Kay-Slay freestyle mixtape and has appeared on three Ron G freestyle mix tapes.

Cashflow is currently working on a TV Show that will start production this summer and will be broadcast on HBO cable channel in the US. It’s aim is to put a black spin on the long running Law And Order series. It is set in Atlanta and by all accounts is set to be a very hot show. Cashflow and his music will be used in the show throughout the series. In addition to the aforementioned series, Cashflow is set to be hitting up screens in a big way as he will star in a new reality TV show produced by Dee of Ruff Ryders in the spring. Apparently the show will also star DMX, Eve, The Lox and the rest of the Ruff Ryder family.

It is not all about the telly though. His musical credits are quite impressive too. He wrote two singles on the LiL J ‘Back To J’ album which is distributed by D3 entertainment and has sold over 300,000 units to date independently. His track “It’s My Life” was on the soundtrack for the 2004 Film  “Sweet Potato Pie”.
