Snoop Dogg's UK Ban Gets OverturnedAccording to The Guardian, Snoop Dogg's ban from entering the UK was overturned by a senior immigration judge last Wednesday (April 23). The newspaper is reporting that senior immigration Judge George Warr decided to lift the ban imposed by immigration Judge Nehar Bird.

George Warr decided that there was no evidence the rapper was responsible for the mass brawl at Heathrow Airport in 2006 which took place between Snoop's entourage and airport security which left seven police officers injured.

CC TV evidence of the incident shows the rapper entertaining the crowds at the airport prior to the incident and that he did not retaliate after a police officer shoved him twice.

"The appellant's behaviour on the DVD did show him interacting with the public", Bird said. "The children were laughing and generally enjoying either dancing or singing or playing music".

Wednesday’s decision served as nothing more than a verification of why the case was, "an appalling waste of public money to pursue this man", Phillip Trot, Snoop‘s lawyer, told The Guardian. "It is outrageous that the government is trying to exclude someone who is an innocent figure and has frequently spoken against gang culture and youths carrying guns”.
