The Quantic Soul Orchestra - Live At Koko, 27th MarchThe Quantic Soul Orchestra are a talented group of musicians with a real feel for the old, classic funk of the last century who manage to effortlessly splice it with a forward thinking, 21st century attitude. This is their first live show in London in over a year and a half and is set to be a big one.

Having been rocking crowds in Brighton since Robert Luis and Mr Scruff first played the CDR recordings to huge acclaim, the deep funk sound has reached around the world and copies of the Quantic Soul Orchestra’s original 7" 'Super 8' now sell for big bucks on e-bay.

This will be the first live performance since the release of the seminal 'Tropadelico' LP.

Together with the grand-yet-intimate feeling of Camden’s Koko, and the wondrous experience that is DJ Vadim’s Soundcatcher band, this is promising to be one of the most fun and memorable gigs of 2008. Expect to dance till you can’t dance no more and to walk away humming the QSO’s bewitching melodies with a massive grin on your face!

Support on the night from DJ Vadim’s Soundcatcher band and The Shadow Orchestra.
