Dubbledge Vs The Boondocks LP [Hidden Agenda]Dubbledge is certainly no freshmen in the British music scene. He’s done the festivals – Glastonbury included; tore up stages from London to Glasgow, performed all across Europe throughout Spain, Switzerland, Norway, Holland and Germany and recorded with some of the biggest talents the UK has to offer including Chase & Status, Alesha Dixon, Foreign Beggars, Jehst, Braintax, DJ Vadim, Kyza and The Scratch Perverts!

He's supported some of Hip Hops most respected artists including Joell Ortiz and Imortal Technique alongside radio support from the likes of Zane Lowe, Giles Peterson, Steve Lamacq, Shortee Blitz, DJ 279, Sarah Love, Ras Kwame, DJ MK and many others.

His debut album The Richest Man In Babylon was also merrited album of the month in Echoes and Hip Hop Connection Magazine and featured on the ITV1 show Whish You Were Here! So what could possibly be next?

The fantastic Dubbledge Vs The Boondocks! It's a cheeky concept album that cleverly weaves Dubbledges intelligent, charisma and wit with the hallarious and often poignant anticts of The Boondocks animated series.

Comparable to some of Prince Paul's early productions, the album is a mixture of banging theme riddled tracks and clever skits that bring the whole project together. Making Of A Slave is a great example as Dubbledge cleverly lays down a narrative based on the 1712 Willie Lynch letter placing the listener slap bang in the middle of a genocide riddled plot to exploit an entire race. Then theres This Track Don't Need To Rhyme, in which he steps outside of the regular 16 bar rythmical format managing to convince the listener he’s rhyming when in fact the song contains no actual rhythmic lines what so ever.

The whole album is driven by some of the country's best producers including Chase & Status, DJ IQ [Professor Green], Metabeats, Ben Grymm, LG and many more, plus guest vocals from TB, Willo Wispa and R Kelly! There’s only one man that could do that and get away with it – Dubbledge!
