Hip Hop Will Never Die Tour: Tim Dog Feat. Kool KeithRaplegacy.com is proud to present US Hip Hop Legend Tim Dog in the Hip Hop Will Never Die Tour with special invited guest Kool Keith. After much demand from dedicated fans worldwide, Tim Dog will revisit Europe’s major cities from June 10th - June 28th 2009.

Tim Dog promises an explosive show filled with classics from Penicillin on Wax, a taste of Project X lunacy and a sneak preview of his latest hits from his forthcoming album Icon. Deemed as one of the most legendary and controversial MC’s in the history of the Hip Hop Game Tim Dog first challenged the industry with his debut single “F**k Compton” which became a massive hit and is today credited in helping spark the East coast/West coast feud of the mid '90s.

Tim Dog’s latest endeavor Project X, a collaboration with Kool Keith, released the debut album Iconic in January 2009. The album sold over 100,000 copies in the first week and continues to impress the digital market with thousands of downloads through iTunes. The single also named Iconic landed on the soundtrack of the new film production Terminator and has video play on Channel V and BET.

2009 is proving to be a busy year for the Hip Hop heavyweight, with the Icon album release scheduled for June and in true Dog style, the mixtape American Gangstaz to be leaked to the market at any moment.

Even today, Tim Dog represents controversy in its finest form, releasing the mixtape Shitlist that directly exposes fellow rappers and artists like Fat Joe, Akon ad T-Pain, challenging them with raw and defying disses. No doubt this move will make noise in the industry yet its questionable if today’s ‘lollypop rappers’ really have Game to confront the Dog.

June 2009 UK Dates:

Wednesday 17 June - THE GRV, Edinburgh
Thursday 18 June - THE LUMINAIRE, Kilburn
Friday 19 June - THE FACTORY, Birmingham
Saturday 20 June - MENAGARIE, Belfast
Sunday 21 June - CRAWDADDY, Ireland
Saturday 27 June - CONCORDE 2, Brighton
