Rogirs - Life and Music: All Of It CD [Fibby]After two years of touring the world with Alicia Keys and 3 failed recording deals, RnB / soul artist Rogirs is here with his debut album 'Life And Music: All Of It'. It has been a long time coming, which has become a positive thing, as he has built up a lot of anticipation for the release along the way.

This is a true musician with unsurpassed experience and knowledge of the music industry. His talents have seen him touring the world, singing and playing keyboard alongside the likes of Alicia Keys, Chaka Khan, Wil-i-Am (Black Eyed Peas), Bilal and Dwele to name but a few. When you are in such high demand to support other artists, it can be hard to find the time to concentrate on making your own moves!

Finally, the highly anticipated album is ready to go! With production credits that include Bernard Belle (Remember The Time / Michael Jackson), Robert Glapser (Bilal), Keith Harris (Black Eyed Peas) and Charles & Mitch (Jeff Bradshaw / Floetry), how can he go wrong? Rogirs has it all; a sexy and soulful voice, significant lyrical viewpoints, expressive playing and good looks, but is that enough in today's volatile industry?

RogirsRogirs says, 'I haven't been excited about a new artist in years. I can think of three or four artists in the last five years that I've actually been excited about; two out of four either never came out or sold less than 250,000 records'. After much thought and an inspiring conversation with close friend Makeeba Riddick (who penned hit singles for Beyonce, Rihanna, J-Lo and B2K respectively), Rogirs wrote the album's lead track 'Life & Music' which explores the very real convictions of a do or die passion and an anxious desire to enjoy life's necessities and simple pleasures... ironically, the very convictions that pushed him to complete his album.

If you want to hear 'real', unmanufactured music from a man with pure talent and a true love for what he does, this is the album for you. Years in the making, with influences from some of the most talented names in the industry, this album sets a high standard for all soul artists out there.
