Named by Time Out as being “the kings of the capital's hip hop scene”, they have been responsible for throwing some of the biggest and best hip hop parties from London to Plymouth and not forgetting the famous Brighton beach parties and weekenders.

Many actors have made the transition into singers (and vice versa), some have been successful and others haven’t. Jamie Foxx yes! Terrance Howard, sadly, no. Driis is the musical alter-ego of A-List actor Idris Elba (The Wire, Obsessed, American Gangster and the upcoming Marvel blockbuster Thor).

Coming up under the wing of Task Force can never be a bad thing. First appearing in 2002 on the ‘Mud Fam EP’ and then again in 2003 on ‘Music From The Corner Volume 2’, Ramson Badbonez has had a good start in UK rap life. Along with DJ Harry Love he now brings us an epic collection of verses and concepts over a load of beats from the greats (Premier, RZA, 9th Wonder, Alchemist, Madlib and more).
When I heard that 9th Wonder produced this track I immediately thought OK then this has got to be one of those easy-listening tracks that just makes you nod your head. This track is the definition of Hip-Hop. Easy to listen to makes you feel positive about Hip-Hop it shows that Cesar is bringing back what Hip-Hop has lacked for a long time.

9th Wonder continues his slightly worn habit of remixing Nas; this time round giving some of the hits he’s missed such as ‘Made You Look’, ‘Get Down’ and ‘I Can’ the trademark soul stamp. I’ve been impressed by 9th in the past - the first Little Brother LP was sick as were highlights of the Minstrel Show, The Formula and not forgetting the amazing Murs: 9th Edition EP, but this EP could put a small horse to sleep.
