Originally coming out with guest appearances on YNR, Asaviour is one heavy duty dude and this debut video from his new Borrowed Ladder LP out now on Low Life Records is right up there with his best work. The intrigueing video features cameo appearances from Braintax and DJ IQ and in an intresting visual twist is entirely made up of a filmed video wall which displayes similar angles of the same shot. Intresting.
 

Emmanuel aka C-Swing is a producer of hit singles and albums for artists such as Beverley Knight, Estelle, Terri Walker. He has now released his debut solo album, D'Illusions of Grandeur, featuring collaborations with Mystro, Terri Walker, Michelle Escoffery, Braintax, KRS One, Nate James and many others.

You may well have heard of the Beta Band, but maybe you are wondering how they have cropped up on here. Well I do have a varied musical taste, but really it is because for the start of his solo career as King Biscuit Time, Steve  Mason has produced quite an interesting little 7" release. Some of the Beta Band's biggest tracks were produced by Colin Emmanuel, better known in Hip Hop circles as C-Swing.
