Wretch 32 and Chipmunk will headline a special gig on October the 25th at London's IndigO2. The gig will feature live performances from the British hip-hop stars as well as a special DJ set from Wretch 32.

With performances at Glastonbury , the Electric Proms and tours with Africa Express and Tinchy Stryder under his belt Bashy has built a dedicated and diverse live following.

Jelluzz is back with more of his sugary urban pop this time roping in NYC's Ricky Blaze for chorus duties on 'It's My City' and Darren B for 'Just Say Yes'. Strictly made for fans of anyone like Chipmunk (i.e. Grime artists from London who are now on Radio 1, T4 etc.) these two tracks are synthy, upbeat and about inane stuff like partying with champagne and getting girls into double beds.

Rivmixx were recently filming down at Wireless festival in London and they have some interviews with artists which we thought might interest you. They have exclusive interviews with hip hop and grime stars: Frankmusik, DJ Ironik, N-Dubs, Chipmunk and Nasa which we have embedded on the site.

Fast becoming one of the breakthrough artists of the year, Chipmunk releases his hot-like-fire new single, ‘Diamond Rings’ today through Columbia Records. The single is the follow up to ‘Chip Diddy Chip’ which smashed its way into the charts at the start of the year. The ‘Chip Diddy Chip’ video has been played over 1.6 millions times on You Tube and counting.

October was a busy month for the music industry, with launch parties, album releases and award show happening every other day. BHH was invited attended the BET Hip-Hop Awards 2008 in Atlanta, Georgia.

BET have announced the nominees for the Best UK Act at this year's BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta, GA on 18 October. The 2008 UK nominees are:

Noel Clarke (Kidulthood, Doctor Who, Auf Wiedersehen Pet, West 10 LDN) returns as Sam Peel, picking up his story six years after Kidulthood, 2006’s critically acclaimed portrayal of life for 21st century teens. Alongside Noel Clarke, Adulthood re-unites several of Kidulthood’s cast including Adam Deacon (West 10 LDN, Sugarhouse, Ali G Inda House), Femi Oyeniran and Cornell S. John (The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian).
