This is the first street single from J.R. Writer’s forthcoming album, “Writer’s Block 5”, which is in stores November 20th. This record, “Where You At” is produced by the Soul Starz. “Writer’s Block 5” is J.R.’s forthcoming sophomore album and “Where You At” embodies the gritty, New York street sensibility that has catapulted J.R. out of the shadow of Dipset and into the lyrical limelight.

North Carolina definitely has a new MC that is destined to do some serious damage in 2007. This new mix from UK don’s Late & Tricksta showcases that talent well, as well as giving up some tasty contributions from Mobb Deep, Jim Jones, Papoose, Fat Joe, Uncle Murda, Jae Millz and JR Writer amongst others, but it’s some of the UK tracks that really impress.
