Grime pioneers Roll Deep who entered the charts at number 1 last month with their single, 'Green Light' have announced the “Winner Stays On Tour” - a 13 date UK outing starting February 11, 2011. Roll Deep put all the cynics to rest with their previous single, 'Good Times'. Not only did they hit the No. 1 spot on the UK charts, but they held the position for 3 consecutive weeks!

Wake Up is the latest release from the UK producer who has worked with some of the biggest names in the game. This time he returns with fellow midlander Alex Blood. The track, surprisingly for its subject matter is rather upbeat and jolly. The beat reminds me of Redman's Smash Somthin' a bit, but different of course with the main refrain played on a tightly strung guitar or mandolin.
Urban music drama series, Dubplate Drama, has been re commissioned by Channel 4 and MTV to produce 12 half hour episodes for an autumn 2007 airing. The world’s first viewer led interactive multi platform television show which premiered in 2005 on Sony Playstation’s PSP will be shown on Channel 4, E4, 4 On Demand, MTV UK One, MTV Base, MySpace and all mobile networks from Thursday September 20th.
Urban Development and East London Dance host Urban East, a week long celebration of urban culture, bringing together music and dance at Stratford Circus in May.
