The UK’s number one mixtape DJ is back once again. Hot on the heels of Tricksta’s last ‘UK only’ mixtape ‘The Urban Shop Mix’, comes Part Two to the success ‘National Anthems Mixtape’ that he dropped last summer. Once again it features the cream of the crop including some unreleased material by the likes of Akala, Conman, Late, Reveal, Baby Blue, Big Wayne, Swift It Major, Mr. Ti2bs and Size8 from Vicious Circle, as well as contributions from the likes of Sway, Klashnekoff, MD7, Mike GLC, Kyza, Lowkey, Alex Blood and Def1.

This review has been a while coming, not least because Lowlife / Riddim Killa were hella slow with the vinyl release and I was damned if I was going to pick it up on CD if I had a choice. However, it's here now and I finally have a bit of time to sit down and express some thoughts on what must be one of the most important UK hip-hop albums of all time.

Finally the wait is over! One of the most anticipated super-groups in UK hip hop history is here to unleash their lyrical artillery on the world, bringing on the reign of a new era! The three man group are set to take over in 2007 and this release is just the start of hostilities.

Having made his name as a member of Terra Firma, alongside Klashnekoff and Skribblah, laced tracks alongside the likes of Jehst, Tommy Evans, Yungun and Harry Love, popped up on numerous mixtapes and rocked shows the length and the breadth of the country, Kyza finally delivers his long awaited debut LP.

Heads have been waiting for this tomb to drop for a hot minute and finally here it is. Asaviour's debut LP, The Borrowed Ladder which is set to destroy sets across the globe. The intro for the LP gets things off to a speedy start with a fantastically funky loop and Asaviour shouting out his cohorts who have helped him get to this stage. Certainly an upbeat and interesting way to start.
