Strongroom Studios Presents Banana Klan And Warrior Charge. Banana Klan and the legendary rhythm section Warrior Charge are joining forces for a one off gig at the Strongroom Bar in Shoreditch on the 16th March. Banana Klan is the touring party collective featuring Roots Manuva, Ricky Ranking, Gibbs King, DJ MK, Ellie Mae, Big Daddy Kope, Hash Basey, Amaziree and the Dub College Selectors.
Producers and rhythm section Warrior Charge have a pedigree that includes long standing relationships with the likes of Adrian Sherwood, Tricky and Aswad. This promises to be a unique performance by some of the most respected hip hop, reggae and jazz musicians in the UK that will take place in the intimate surroundings of the Strongroom Bar.
The Strongroom Bar set is within Strongroom Studios, Shoreditch’s legendary recording venue for acts such as Radiohead, Ash, The Arctic Monkeys and the Prodigy. Capacity at the bar is limited, so get there early; this is one gig that shouldn’t be missed.
