Ill Records' Yorkshire based producer Hart is back with another track taken from his Moon Jazz LP. Key Tickler describes his process and brings that nu-jazz instrumental sound Hart is known for.
Hart returns with some more nu-jazz instrumental production in the form of Vocabulary. Its a complex sequence of samples and a walking plucked bassline, the break filled with some zither sounds and the vocal expression, "I'm so ashamed of my vocabulary, it really isn't what it ought to be".
London born, Sheffield bred Hart brings that smooth soulful, jazzy arrangement on the single The Nature. The track is a blend of boom bap and jazz. Some may even call it 'nu-jazz'. A complex blend of samples and switching vibe by stanza.
Cracker Jon and ViolentlyIll drop the next single from their Bought Off and Silenced by Gizmos and Toys LP. Cracker Jon and ViolentlyIll drop the first single from their Bought Off and Silenced by Gizmos and Toys LP. Grey Skies has a particularly abstract sounding beat and Cracker Jon's high pitched delivery is all about the flow and wordplay. This one also features DJ Jazz T.
