Urban singer song writing sensation Ny (pronounced - nie) is set to establish herself in 2007 as one of the leading lights of UK music with her new street album, “Split Endz Volume 2”. Fusing grime, UK garage, R&B, hip hop and rock, Ny is blazing a trail on the traditionally male dominated urban underground, so much so that Mutya Buena has name checked her as one of the UK’s current leading females alongside Joss Stone and Amy Winehouse.

English rap outfit the JVF Clique has been working on their debut album "Alternative Income" for more than 2 years, and in that time the mixtape "Submerged Language" has dropped along with numerous exclusive tracks on www.jvfradio.com. Now the time has come to premiere the first exclusive release from the near complete album entitled "Rogue Agents". It is a tale of crazy Osama Bin Laden and dealings behind closed doors in the worlds of the CIA MI6 and the FSB.

Practise makes perfect. The annual Vauxhall UK Beatbox Championships were every bit as exciting as the first. Brighton based beat box extraordinaire Beardyman - Darren Foreman managed to scoop the coveted title for the second year in succession, seeing of competition from seven other regional finalists; this was Beardy’s time to shine.

Ola Fresca (fresh wave) is the name of the band singer-composer-lyricist José Conde founded in 2000.  Ola Fresca features some of the best musicians in New York City, coming together for a fresh take on rootsy, funky, jazzy, Latin dance music. Their new album ‘(R)evolución’ is produced by the Grammy-winning Aaron Levinson and sees the band expand to include a unique array of musicians’ musicians, some of whom are living legends.

Following the critical acclaim of ‘Triple P’ (the debut album from Waajeed’s Platinum Pied Pipers group) this album was initially suggested by Fat City to Bling 47 as a collection of productions from the label and its roster of artists with Waajeed leading the line.

After the phenomenal success of Funk Mundial #2 – ‘Tamborzuda’ by Sinden + Herve (which has grown as one of the biggest party tunes of this year so far) Man Recordings is proud to present number #3 in the acclaimed series. This time it’s the turn of Italian badboy duo Crookers to step up to the plate and give their hyped up version of the baile funk sound.
