This month the Pioneers Hip Hop Show shines their light on Ricky Rennalls and the Hip Hop Alliance, beginning their journey in the early years of UK Hip Hop and tracing Ricky’s immense contributions to the culture through to the late 1980s.
The journey features music from artists directly involved with Ricky and his labels such as The Mutant Rockers, City Limits, Dynamic MCs, Freshki and Mo Rock and Jus Bad as well as musicians involved with him over the years.
In addition, the show features live recordings including some exclusive seldom heard material. Massive thanks to the legendary Daddy Speedo and Ricky himself for their valuable input into the production of this episode.
As usual, a splash of brand new music is featurd at the end of the show.
